We make 1 sandwich type each week. Until we get our kitchen humming. We are very proper, but do not have an allergen-free kitchen. No substitutions please.

Poached chicken breast, diced celery, scallion, red grapes, dressing (mayo, dijon, sour cream, heavy cream, red wine vinegar) on a croissant.
